- Common test 1.20.1 has just been released and with it came a TON of new stuff. One that I didn't expect is more crew skills and perks! We have been given a vast amount of new perks and skills to choose from but as you can see the current situation is not that great.

This really helps the bigger CC's who get unlimited crew skills and bond / experimental equipment, showcase the next "broken / must have" wonder tank that is on sale for us peasants to throw money at. We cannot compete on equipment alone so crew skills are going to be totally over the top. Expect a lot of badly camouflaged heavies camping at the back to avoid invisible light tanks, or my preference, doing mass suicide runs forward to give the TD's a chance. Speed is going to rule, more 15/1, 2 minute games coming
😂 as someone who is very conservative of my own hard earned resources I nearly had a heart attack the way you just spent a hundred thousand Credits, XP and Gold in just a minute. That's just a Ludacris amount of resources, with only two crew members even, kind of curious how the tank itself performs after all that. Cheers for the upload mate as always! 🍻

Just imagine a tank in a close game,though low hp,holding one side of the map.and then a red zone showing up...this is looking more and more like an rpg game and soon we.ll see griffons and harpies too...
Eye opening vid Max, I originally got into this game 8 years ago mainly due to its simplicity, now it feels like you need a PhD just to understand it all, I wish they would forever stop complicating it .

WARGAMING have proven that this update DOESN'T promote new players coming into the game, NOR does it make this crew system easier to understand, it ONLY MAKES IT HARDER! I DO NOT plan on grinding an AMX ELC for 25,000 years just so I can be competitive against other tanks who have more crew members in their tank of the same tier! Wargaming needs to pay you for your insightful DEVELOPMENTAL changes to the crew system they plan to push through! Wargaming are indeed LOSING THEIR MINDS! What I find even MORE SAD about these changes, is their lack of respect for all of us, the players in WoT, who are going to be completely shafted trying to retrain all of our crews with their COMPLETE BS offer of giving us 12 retraining orders! 12 retrains?? What a slap in all of our faces!!

Maybe an unpopular suggestion but with so many perks to choose from, maybe they should limit how many perks you can choose per crew member. Just like how I can't have a fire extinguisher when I'm equipped with food.
As usual, they didn't think it through... Tanks with more crew members (6, including 2 loaders) will have easier time getting the skills than 2-3 crew ones. This is the issue with most of the crew books (+20k xp to each crewmember = 40k - 120k total xp based on tank).

theres no more room exp wise for new skills /perks 1st first thing any tank a crew trains for a tank can always can go back to that tank ,also it should be exp cut in 1/2 and you get 2 slots for each crew one for perks and 1 for skills now having a 10 or 11 perk/skill crew is not a 10 year grind
I really think they should have limited it to 5 crew member specific skills per crew role.
QB made a video regardning this and to do all crews and all the required skills would cost mre money thn most of the world's population will ever have. It takes 24k years to actually grind. Hillarious.
Pretty sure that I read somewhere that to get a Manticore crew fully skilled using the best conversion rates (for free xp to crew xp and gold to free xp and gold to credits) would cost somewhere around 2.6 billion US Dollars worth of gold and that was with the "old" skills.
