POCKET MONSTERS STADIUM ZERO NC97 Round 2 VS KATOU KAZUHITO

Pokémon Stadium (Japanese: ポケモンスタジアム Pokémon Stadium, subtitled as Pocket Monsters' Stadium) is the first game of the Pokémon Stadium series and was released exclusively in Japan on August 1, 1998.
This tournament is based on the Nintendo Cup '97. The total levels of the three Pokémon selected cannot exceed 155 and the opponents in this mode are based on actual competitors in the 1997 tournament.
The game's name may be a reference to 64 Mario Stadium, a Nintendo-centric Japanese variety show that featured televised coverage of Pokémon tournaments and is sometimes nicknamed "Pokémon Stadium Zero" outside of Japan to distinguish it more easily from its sequel.
So far 3 game mechanic balances were made in gen 1: Original RG/NC 97, Pocket Monsters Stadium/RBY and Pokemon Stadium/Pocket Monsters Stadium 2, so in this game, unlike in the western Pokemon Stadium, Hyper Beam does not need the recharge turn, but Blizzard freeze chances were lowered from 30% to 10%, like in the RBY metagame.
