Nice car man, I bought mine new spring of 93, been modifying it for 30 years now, can't stop, they are a special car, so well built.
I’ve got a 00 z28 and you have to love these cars to own one…because they can be the most pain in the ass to work on at times.
I feel you on the money. I have a 98 with full UMI setup and Viking coil overs. Sure wasnt cheap. Almost ready to get rear end, trans and some motor work. Handles amazing though. Your setup is clean.

Beautiful car man reminds me a lot of my brothers Camaro. He would’ve loved your car bro big time. He passed away 3 years ago so wasn’t able to finish the build. Recently Ive become mentally ready to start and take over his build so I’ve been looking at alot of Camaro videos. Beautiful 4th gen. Im in the process of restoring my 02 35thle SS. Did hci full botltons, 3600 stall, alot of umi suspension mods. I got new heads lights and found some oem tail lights they were expensive. Now im focusing on re painting it wit new stripes and badges.

20 is the perfect time to grab one! Find you a clean roller for cheap and just piece it all together when people are parting their cars out. You’ll appreciate the journey a lot more.

Do the 6th gens have a lot more room in the driver's seat than the 4th gen for big people? I imagine they probably do but I've never sat in a 6th gen.
@@Bamabrute856th gen has more room for the front passenger, its a modern vehicle compared to the 4th gen with the massive dent on the floor

My 2000 Z/28 giving me the blues, but steady getting parts..Have the crate engine, most of the UMI suspension just need torque arm and transmission crossmember. Have the wheels, BTR intake, FAST LS EZ EFI, throttle body, and injectors. Need a new rear axle because 10bolt won’t hold up.

I would PPF the whole front (Bumper, headlights, hood, mirrors, partial fenders), that will keep rock chips to just about zero.

Just got My first Fbody Today feels great, Don’t wanna go crazy on it and fuck it up but man always wanted one and finally got it, it’s got a Stage 3 Cam (idk what brand), 243 Heads, longtime Headers, Freshly Rebuilt 6 Spd, Tick Performance Short Shifter, Viking Coil Overs, Lower and upper Control Arms, and other Suspension Parts, just got this thing today, it do got 158k on it tho, Any Tips or Mods I should add to Help Improve the Longevity Of the Engine?
SWEEEET! Sounds like you’ve got a stout car! Nothing to much, just make sure you keep fresh oil, a good stabilizer in it, and as long as the motor built right, it’ll keep on riding. Maybe invest in a rear end, if you plan to dig race.

This is perfect man . Do you think the suspension setup would effect my eibac lowering springs? I have a 2001 Camaro SS lowered with a Texas speed torque V2 cam LS7 value springs lifters all that full BBK headers and y pipe into a flow master super 40 it goes from I think 1.5 into the y pipe 2.5 single out to the flowmaster with the Chrome tip and has a built t-56 stage 2 build with a stage 3 monster clutch built from Texas drivetrain performance. Want to start getting the suspension squared away going to be going with a quick performance 9 inch rear end and need some advice for like what I need too do with say adding subframe connectors and or toque arm. I have lower umi lower control arm rear and a umi panhard bar . Was thinking your suspension setup would work great. However didn't know if it would effect the lowering springs. Love your channel and your car man damn it's perfect.
Nope. It wouldn’t be affected at all. I had the Koni Shocks and BMR lowering springs at first. Sounds like you got a nice build as well. I may be swapping to a T56 Magnum 🤫 but that’s on another episode lol

It’s a GPI n/a 3. Pretty easy to tune tbh

LS3 with a LSA and ls9 lid and many other things. I need to get myself a GoPro and learn how to do this CZcams thing start doing my own channel . Who makes that back windscreen you was talking about

Those fog lights, any issues with them breaking due to something hiting them? I could NEVER keep my fog lights working b/c somethin would hit them and they'd break, and back in the day it was like 250.00 a light to replace....
No fog light issues at all! The factory housings are cheap on eBay or Amazon but I haven’t had anything crack the lens.

I love it. The car is very tamed and easy to enjoy a fun drive. I’ve had no issues.
