Anyone else feel like Spies were Knights who just didn't make the grade by being goody two shoes? I'd say that Kalo seems to handle the Raftclans better than either Al-Van or Fu-Lu.
Probably, even if he might be slightly less skilled, his i dont give a F attitude might give him the edge. At the very least he's stronger than any knight except Al-Van and Fu-Lu. So him not being a knight doesnt have anythingg to do with skill but his honor and attitude. Just look at Jua-mu who got demoted so fast.
Also, judging by the scenes between missions, being head of the Spies would put him at a higher rank than any regular knight, and lower than only Gu-Landon. Since Kalo-Ran never really seemed to care much for honor, or fair play it was probably more preferable for him to have authority than the glory that came with being a knight. And since Kalo-Ran intended to betray Gu-Landon eventually anyway, he probably wouldn't have wanted to be working directly under him, although Gu-Landon figured it out anyway.
No, Jua-Mu's Raftclanz was an MP model that couldn't use Bhaskar Mode, this Raftclanz belonged to the Fury Knight Karo-Ran who was the one who killed E-Selda.
I really liked the addition of Kalo-Ran (Treacherous snake voiced by Bin Shimada? Yes Please!). He technically wasn't a knight, he was the leader of the Spies, which makes it a bit odd that he had a custom Raftclanz with it's Busker mode enabled, and going by stats, the most powerful one (especially since he says something about them being on loan from Gu Landon). Either his Rank got him privileges, or Gu Landon pulled some strings since Kalo Ran was kind of his second in command, and double agent against Shana Mia.
I so wish you could get this mech if the secret raftclans was on this game. A purple version of this would be awesome

It's Basukaa/Bhaskar Mode. Bhaskar literally means 'Shining', so it's like Shining Mode or something in English.
