The 5th clip is from Hawaii for those that don't know. More specifically the island of oahu.
I only know because I take this same road almost everyday.
That road is a very nice scenic route. The only downside of this road is it is only one lane and tourists also like this road for the scenic view but they go so slow since they are unfamiliar with the road and the curves in it
They can always get your plate and find you....if you have an actual plate.

Smart cops will come up behind you and grab your license plate before you know their there. Then they give you a siren for a second with lights and you can run if you got a fake plate and no papers. But if you don't then just pull over. Most cops where I live won't pursue you if you run on a bike. Quite frankly it's not worth it to them. I've only ever had one bad incident with a cop and he was later fired. The cop was actually giving me a legit ticket at the time. But he endangered my life on the bike in the process and I complained about it giving evidence. The issue was he stopped me in the middle of the road (lane) with his car not behind me to protect me from oncoming traffic. I pointed this out and he said he didn't care. He had told me to turn off the bike. He wouldn't actually let me get off the bike or wheel it off the road. So, he was found as endangering my life and later let go. The legit ticket was dropped, I didn't ask for it to be. They just told me it was. In my city this is why cops don't bother with bikes. Because most of them unless they ride, don't actually know how to pull over a bike safely during a traffic stop.
