The meaning of words is very important in writing books..and this man and author proved that fact..

So true. Our advantage is to get to see these after so many years. They are unlike any other program from that period, and for those who look, listen and think, there may be much to learn - as well as enjoy!

Groucho was 66 in 1956. These shows will become popular in time because they are a rare glimpse of America in the 1950s. This is truly reality TV.

WHAT HAPPENED at 19:56??? Groucho makes strange gasp for air; almost as if he is having a stroke, but quickly regains his tempo and finishes his sentence asking the band to play a cue. His sidekick George Finneman is noticably disturbed, but holds in check any reaction. At first reaction, George looks puzzled and starts to smile, but when Groucho does not follow through with any "comic" reaction to his own gasping noise...Geroge ignores it also and settles back into his announcer's role without further reaction. Groucho himself, seems determined to stiffen his resolve and shake off the outburst of strange noise and finishes his directions to the band to play the cue for the contestants. It is a strange, loud unnerving gasping sound....what the heck happened and why has no one ever documented what may or may not have happened? Did Groucho have 2 second seizure?
