Beautiful house. The owner paid attention to every detail. Not suitable as retirement home cuz too many stairs. As we get older it is difficult to climb stairs even if it's only one step I noticed. I pray for the right buyer.

We almost bought a lot there then we found out that it’s not allowed to have an average height of fence. That picket fence does not give Security and Privacy and it does not compliment with the model of the house! I like that uphill location though!☺️

The front door doesn't fit in to the design of the house. In fact the door leading to the dirty kitchen is much nicer than the front door. Also, the sizes of furnitures overwhelmed the small space. if you sell a house you try to de-clutter it so that the prospective buyers can see the potential spaces, also it will not distract buyers attention.

Exterior view of the house looks very nice. How ever there are so many disconnected design, lots of stairs, doors everywhere, floor plan is very chaotic, no closets in the main bedroom? ETC and ETC. Not to be picky but I am actually looking for a vacation home near in that area.

The front door seems out of place, a bit cheap looking compared with the rest of the structure. The inside interior and room lay out is quite busy for my eyes. Too many staircases, not suitable for seniors or with small children even for a vacation house. The garden is nice.

I don't feel secure & i feel no privacy because of the low fence.
Napakaluma na tingnan sa labas, at parang ang gulo gulo ng interior design sa loob at ang sikip . at ang division ang gulo. Yong hagdanan papuntang second floor kaluka ang gulo paikot ikot. 😜 Kung idedebelope yan sa labas para ayusin, katakot takot pa na salapi ang magagastos mo dyan. Naniniwala talaga ako , Kaya pala talaga mas maganda kung ikaw nalang mag pagawa ng sarili mong bahay. Brandnew pa ikaw pa mag ddsisyon kung anong design gusto mo, makaka mura kapa. sa halagang 42 M masyadong mahal luma pa ng design. bandang huli mag sisisi ka. Bili nalang ako ng 1,000 SQM na lot.

Furniture and furnishing is not like dress fashion and T-shirt purchase. I know we are in an age called "microwave generation" - people whose idea of taste is limited to a single palette and idea. Certain Architectural designs demand contemporary furnishing, others demand traditional furnishing or even theme based furnishing. It all depends on cause and effect desired. Thankfully, the house is not cheap. It takes a certain kind of exposure, taste and palette to appreciate what went into this home. It was Hugo Boss that once said be stylish, don't be fashionable, cos style never goes out of fashion. Furnitures does not go out of fashion - it is not a fashion item! Rather, quality furnishing appreciates in class and value. The ambience attained, attention to details and high end quality defined here is more than many can fathom or stomach.
