    Is there any exercise routine to get to this....its simply impossible for me to do rn....

      It takes a bit of time , you can rest your body on the elbows like I start off , and then gradually lift the head and legs , you might be able to lift 1 cm but as you do it every day you will see it getting better , eat less at dinner and in the morning the belly will be flexible and you can do this easily.
