Damage cap+ for sure (second skill is your choice. If you want survivability use defensiv skill, if want fast sba use uplift or nimblegust) depend how you want to play.

Is Tweyen good as an AI companion? Worth picking over other characters?

For me yeah, can use for main hitter or AI and almost every bos my tweyen get the high dmg. + (she is beutiful) worth to build it 😁

Yes... he has a very high DMG... AI Tweyen is also good at using Multi shot and her stun is freaking insanse... Cagliostro + Tweyen as your AI... it will only take few seconds to stun an enemy... that is how broken both of them...
She is also so fun to play...
Try building her Glass cannon + Less is more... and DONT PUT any skills on her... you will notice the TONS of DMG she can do on Link time 🤣🤣🤣 60% she always steal my MVP hahaha
