🔸 Ingredients 🔸
🔸Potatoes ( Aloo ) - 2 to 3 Medium Size
🔸Salt ( Namak ) - To Taste
🔸Peri Peri Seasoning - 1 to 1.5 Tsp
🔸Cornflour - 1 Tsp
🔸Oil ( Tel ) - 1 to 1.5 Tbsp
🔸Water ( Paani ) For boiling potatoes
🔸Method🔸
🔸Peel the potatoes & cut them into wedges.
🔸In the simmering water add salt & potatoes & simmer them for 3 to 4 minutes.
🔸Air dry the potato wedges.
🔸Transfer the potatoes to a bowl.
🔸Add peri-peri seasoning, salt, cornflour & oil in it.
🔸Mix it all well until the potatoes get evenly coated.
🔸Arrange them in the baking tray.
🔸Airfry or Bake it in a preheated oven at 180 degrees Celsius.
🔸Serve hot with your favorite dipping sauce & enjoy.

I baked it for almost 30 minutes, but my wedges did not become crispy at all... I even kept the temperature at 230 degrees

I have added oil while marinating the potatoes.. that's why they look like fried ones.. even they taste almost the same .. If you have any doubt you can try the recipe ..
