I play this every evening while doing Deity Worship. And i am dancing by the end of it. It is so mesmerizing, and blissful. This is Sankirtan. The Kirtaniyas are enjoying so much while singing that their energy and joy is transmitted to everyone hearing.

So far as "youth work" is concerned, it can be taken up, but our process must be followed strictly. Anyone may come but our process must remain the same. The men are expected to shave their heads and wear robes; they must attend classes, read our books, chant 16 rounds, attend arati, go for street Sankirtana, take prasadam only, etc.

Prabhupada quotes regarding Kirtan standards and the public presentation of Krsna consciousness:
"My opinion is that it is not necessary for us to utilize these different musical talents for spreading Krsna Consciousness. I would rather see people follow strictly the path of Lord Caitanya and His Sankirtana devotees. We are using mrdanga, karatala, that is enough. We are not musicians. We are Krsna bhaktas. Therefore we do not stress so much importance on these different musical talents. Sri Caitanya Mahaprabhu is God Himself. Had He thought it would have been better to spread Krsna Consciousness by another way He would have done so. But no, simply with mrdanga and karatala, traveling and chanting Hare Krsna, asking everyone to chant Hare Krsna, preaching simply Srimad-Bhagavatam philosophy, this is the process. There is no need for us to try and add anything to this simple method. It will only be a distraction." (Prabhupada Letter to Jagadish Pandit 74-12-28)
"I never thought about the audience. I was prepared to chant even if there were no men present to hear me. The principle of chanting is to glorify the Lord & not to attract a crowd. If Krishna hears nicely then he will ask some sincere devotee to gather in such place. Therefore be advised that thousands of centers may be started if we find out a sincere soul for each & every center." (Prabhupada Letter 67-11-12)
"Krishna kirtana is not meant for entertaining the public for demonstration of arts. It is dynamic service to the Lord. We do not therefore mind so much about the artistic presentation of Krishna kirtana but we want to see how much a devotee is satisfying the Supreme Will." (Prabhupada Letter to Jadurani 67-12-12)
"Practicing is already done by kirtana. It is not required for us to become artists. Our main point is service to Krishna, not to please an audience. We shall not divert our attention too much to adjustment of musical sounds. People should not misunderstood that we are a band of musical artists. They must know that we are devotees of Krishna. Our devotional practice and purity shall be so strong that wherever we chant there will be immediately an impression in the audience for devotion to Krishna." (Prabhupada Letter to Tamala Krishna 69-10-30)
"Our process is to show Krishna Consciousness as it is, not as others want to see it. By showing KC in this way, you are making the thing less important. It is not that we should change to accommodate the public, but that we should change the public to accommodate us.. If we simply present Krishna Consciousness in a serious and attractive way, without need to resort to fashionable slogans or tricks, that is sufficient. Our unique asset is our purity. No one any where can match it. That will be noticed eventually and appreciated, as long as we do not diminish or neglect the highest standard of purity in performing our routine work, not that we require to display or announce ourselves in very clever ways to get attention. No, our pure standard is enough. Let us stand on that basis." (Prabhupada Letter to Yogesvara 71-12-28)
Hello sir, with due respect please dont bound Krishna's love with rules and regulations, Krishna is all about Love, and Kirtan is a way of showing love to our beloved God, Acyuta Gopi and her team is just trying to glorify kirtan in a loveable way enjoyable for all age groups in this day and age,As of now Iskcon has turned into a company rather than being only a devotional place for krishna conscious people, so it definitely needs some rules and regulations but to love our beloved Krishna we just need kirtan and love thats it, we can love our krishna in any way and form because he is ours, we dont love our family members in a certain way do we? Our krishna is our family, again, just my opinion as a krishna lover.

Prabhupada taught us regulated devotional service. Not Sahajiya devotional service. Save yourself child.

Why are you calling the children of practicing devotees Sahajiyas?
Simply because they are young it doesn't mean they are jumping into rāga-mārga. Using a harmonium doesn't automatically make you a Sahajiya.
Have they not taken initiation too?
Do you seen them enacting the pastimes of Radha and Krishna?
Do they lead abominable lives?
Considering the worship of Laxmi-Narayan naturally some skilled devotees may embellish, just as pujaris do, but are they doing this with selfish motivation, can you begin to say you know these aspiring devotees hearts?
Also, was the arotik going on while this offering happens?
You should be prapared to accept the potency of worshipping guru and Krishna, even if the way it is carried out it not to your entire liking.
Here's one of Srila Prabhupada's more positive comments on those who take the vaishnava spiritual path cheaply:
"The prākṛta-sahajiyās who chant nitāi-gaura rādhe śyāma have very little knowledge of the Bhāgavata conclusion, and they hardly follow the Vaiṣṇava rules and regulations, and yet because they chant bhaja nitāi-gaura, their chanting immediately invokes tears and other signs of ecstasy. Although they do not know the principles of Vaiṣṇava philosophy and are not very advanced in education, by these symptoms they attract many men to become their followers. Their ecstatic tears will of course help them in the long run, for as soon as they come in contact with a pure devotee their lives will become successful. Even in the beginning, however, because they are chanting the holy names of nitāi-gaura, their swift advancement on the path of love of Godhead is very prominently visible."
Srila Prabhupada has also written:
"Devotional service with attachment is natural, and one who has been attracted by it does not argue with those who oppose him, even though others may argue by presenting scriptural injunctions. The natural inclination to devotional service is also based on scriptural injunction, and one who has attachment for such devotional service is not required to give it up simply on the strength of scriptural argument. ..."
