To Whomever at Graceland who approved this, good on you. What a cool thing to allow this guy to have this moment not to mention, I am sure that the people visiting Graceland that day got a thrill as well. It's so nice to see a Business (Graceland) with some flexibility to allow people to have moments that bring them even closer to Elvis and his energy.
Hello from England WOW A great short video driving those Stutz cars up to Graceland. Oh if you could time travel back to the those times but at least these cars are able to be driven and are roadworthy and the design is just AMAZING. Back when we built things that would look a $million
NOW THAT IS AN INDUSTRY WAR STORY! This beats ANYTHING ELSE I've heard or read about (well, there is the rumor about certain parties and the ROYALE, before it was delivered to that head of state, but another story, another time)! This is so entertaining! Methinks I'll add GRACELAND to my itinerary for this summer. Thanks for the video!
I was friends of the founder of Stutz in NYC, James D. O'Donnell. I've owned two including the best of them all, the original 1971 split-windshield by Padane. Hard to believe Elvis lived here. Its such a lame house in such a horrible area. Not befitting of the king
In 1957 at the very young age of 22 Elvis purchased Graceland for a little over $100,000. Back then, it was a mansion in this young 22 year olds eyes that he purchased for his mother after rising out of sheer poverty. The neighborhood was not run down back then as it has sadly become through the years. It was mostly bare ranch land with no houses or businesses anywhere near it. It definitely was NOT A LAME HOUSE then nor is it now. It IS and WAS ELVIS’S HOME that he loved, lived in and always returned to until his untimely death. It was his sanctuary! It may be different in comparison to most of the actors lavish homes today but certainly was a MANSION to Elvis and his family coming from a two room shotgun house from the poorest neighborhoods of Tupelo, MS. The true life story of “FROM RAGS TO RICHES”!! TCB ⚡️🕺👑
@@LindaD68 Agreed... Whitehaven is not a safe place anymore, when you get away from Graceland... Visited in '91, loved it, but even then, it was not a safe place to be out at night...
Naturally....No Name, No Picture, Fake Profile! You troll! Betcha wish you had it! You couldn't afford to put the gas in it! Go away hater! Or show your face!! Troll!
