Your functions are only advisory. You have no authority to punish, banish or summon any one or terminate any organization. If any individual feels intimidated by these organization. As an apex body SH can act as an advisor to the SKK, but it doesn't mean they have the right to dictate or interfer with SKK (especially in terms of impeachment, which can be done only by SKK members). Both these associations was formed through article 19 (1) (c) of the Indian constitution. None of them have a distinct authority over the others. They all operates under the same laws. So, i want to know who is violating the fundamental rights of the constitution?

I've seen a lot of hate in the comments section and all I can say is that, SKK's IT Cell are trying their very best to look like victims here. To be honest, I couldn't care less about this issue, but it all started because of Katho and some of his colleagues and it'll forever be their fault no matter what happens. However, our Sumi Hoho leaders should also be wise enough to understand that the world revolves around for everybody and not just for them. I've never respected SKK, not because of this issue, but because they've never brought any changes and I have never seen them working for the welfare of the Sumi students. There's no integrity and inclusiveness in your thoughts. If you think for the well being of our community, you should not support one sided view. As a concern citizen i have the right to express my opinion that SH interfering in the sphere of SKK are completely inappropriate. Constitution doesn't give the power to interest/pressure groups the right to impose laws on other bodies. We are living in a democratic country and if SH thinks they are the highly intellectual and influential body, at foremost they should understand how an organization or association works.

Both hohos are independent body to pursue their own interest. As an apex body SH can act as an advisor to the SKK, but it doesn't mean they have the right to dictate or interfer with SKK (especially in terms of impeachment, which can be done only by SKK members).
Both these associations was formed through article 19 (1) (c) of the Indian constitution. None of them have a distinct authority over the others. They all operates under the same laws.

I've seen a lot of hate in the comments section and all I can say is that, SKK's IT Cell are trying their very best to look like victims here.
To be honest, I couldn't care less about this issue, but it all started because of Katho and some of his colleagues and it'll forever be their fault no matter what happens. However, our Sumi Hoho leaders should also be wise enough to understand that the world revolves around for everybody and not just for them.
I've never respected SKK, not because of this issue, but because they've never brought any changes and I have never seen them working for the welfare of the Sumi students. And for the Sumi Hoho, if they continue this approach of being a BOSS and not a leader, they should all resign from their posts.
