Thank you for all your helpful advice in your videos. I followed your training plan the last few months and enjoyed getting fitter and embracing climbing in the US. Have my trained goal HR and power climbing #'s ready to go. Just need to curb my enthusiam on the Glandon and play the long game. The snow on the Galibier should be a sight to see! Longest ride and most climbing I've ever done but embraced the challenge. I'm confident in my ability to finish thanks to you. All the very best if you too are on the course tomorrow.

@@alpinecols I did finish! The Galibier descent in the hail and thunder storm was an adventure! I was thankful to be able to lean on your advice at certain spots to get through a few difficult periods. I wasn't the fastest out there by a long way but my goal was to finish. Crossing the line at the top of the Alpe was a win for me. My longest ever ride and most climbing. I will highly recommend you to anyone I hear who wants to take on the Marmotte and needs training plan, coaching and advice. Thank you. Hope you had a great ride too. Cheers.
