The super shotgun doesn't have the meat hook from Eternal anymore. Though it seems to focus this time around has shifted once more. Doom 2016 was about pushing classic boomer shooter combat to the limit. Doom Eternal was about combining constant resource management and micromanagement with high-speed combat. And I suppose the focus of TDA will revolve around constant switching between shooting and melee. I don't mind them switching it up. There's already too many games that don't really change it up between sequels and where the 'changes' list is closer to a rebalancing patch than actual new game mechanics.

Well..In Doom eternal the Slayer used a crucible to kill the Titan that was attacking Taras Nabad and in the end of the game the Slayer uses the same crucible to kill the Icon of sin so..
