- Ali Khan Tareen is the owner of #MultanSultans, the team which sneakily rose to the top and became a favorite for the #PSL2020 cup. He is also the son of PTI politician, #JehangirTareen. We met up with him on March 18 at #GaddafiStadium (the day the final of the PSL was supposed to be played) and asked him about his professional and personal life. Refreshing to see him so concerned for south Punjab. Although he’s not into politics, his vision and insight would make him a great politician, the kind south Punjab needs. Acknowledging one’s privilege itself requires strength, and then to try and use his privilege for the right reasons is so commendable! Articulate, well-informed, progressive- Ali Tareen is someone I wouldn’t mind listening to for hours on end! Kudos, man!

I think one of the best interview I have seen in recent time. Like a 20/20 cricket match whatever question came in front of him he scored on each ball. Huge round of applause for his parents for the sacraments they have imbibed in him. Very very intelligent, sincere, punctual, hardworking, respect for all, helping nature and ground to earth. Pakistan needs such qualified and competent young blood to lead the country. I think Ali Tareen has such abilities to lead on any challenging task. He is quite clear in his plans and also has lots of workable ideas to create opportunities for the deprived people of south Punjab. Ali, your feelings for promoting cricket and encouraging young talent of Pakistan in cricket mean a lot.
