I'm telling you this just to inform, you got the bad ending, to get the good ending, when you get to room 404 you have to click in the fridge not the freezer, then you'll see Kohei hidding inside, which is the one who murdered the whole building because they bullied and discriminated him due his condition, then that's how you save the deliveryman and the landlord because he got caught, you run away and call the police. But you clicked on the freezer instead, so, you failed to see Kohei hidden and ended up dead, just like the landlord and the rest of tenants. That's also why the dog was at the door in the ending, because he's Kohei's pet.

So about the sink on the toilet: the water used when washing your hands, is meant to fill the tank. That way, there's no wasted water.
Love the playthrough though :)
But how do you use the toiled if there is like a table or something there? Or maybe was a glitch in the game, because it looked like there was a wood table between the sink and the toilet.

Actually thats the sink above flush tank to conserve water as well as space, the waste water after washing hands or face is collected in the flush tank to be used again when flushing the toilet.
