    2:40 "Personally, I love active lists, they are super versatile"
    ...and personally, I hate the way HubSpot has designed this feature. In a very real sense, the active list is static, because the criteria are set once and that's it. If I later want to use a part of that list to create an ad hoc audience (e.g. anyone over 45 years old, or anyone born in the month of May), I can't do that - I need to create a new active list and narrow down the filtering. And before I know it, my lists list (no typos here) is full of entries that have been created only to be used once or maybe twice.
    I don't understand why HubSpot is playing with words like that ("create list segmentation by making a ... list). Lists are lists, segments have a different purpose, and and it looks as if those two can't work together inside HS.
