so in case of conditional endorsement in case the condition is not fulfilled the holder cannot recover the amount from the maker and its immediate endorser ! is that right? what about holder in due course ? hdc has the right to recover from any party. could he recover the money if the condition is not fulfilled ? awaiting for your reply
