Mayor outlines plans for major renovations to Detroit City Airport

  • City Airport has its first approved Airport Layout Plan in 30 years, unlocking the potential for more than $100 million in federal grants over the next decade. During a news conference Thursday morning, Detroit Mayor Mike Duggan and city leaders outlined the plans.

    I AM SO GLAD the AEROSPACE SCHOOL will be returning for the students of Detroit... it’s like a wish that I’ve had that will be coming TRUE 👏🏿 👍🏿

    ... if they make a major improvement in this area ... then surely they have figured out all the ups and downs of the development in general ... lets just be happy there even looking at making the change ...

    Gut the entire mile radius and rebuild. The surrounding area is one of the worst neighborhoods in the WORLD.
