De mystérieuses créatures ont colonisé la Terre en prenant possession de certains habitants. Un lycéen, Shin’ichi, a été contaminé, mais son cerveau est épargné. Seul son bras droit est possédé par un parasite, Migi, qu'il apprend peu à peu à connaître. Tous deux doivent désormais cohabiter, mais dans le même temps, Shin’ichi comprend que la prolifération des parasites menace, à terme, l’espèce humaine.

That part where Shinichi holds Murano just emanates love, it’s beautiful. Then the part afterwards where he’s falling with that music. Darn this is a great opening.
Yeah, except, in my opinion, Murano is a really uninteresting, lame, stupid and annoying character that brings literally nothing to the story. Kana was much better. Not the brightest one, but much much more interesting. I would prefer Murano being killed and Kana staying alive.

@@elgranhermano8872 Oh yeah, Murano was sooooo interesting, smart and cute. Although it's a complete opposite. The anime would be absolutely the same, if she was not in it. Her's "You are... Shinichi... Izumi, right?", gosh, such a stupid character. Typical vanilla smooth-brain love interest. Kana had very curious ability, she had a character development, and, at least for me, it was really heartbreaking when she was killed. I'd rather have Murano dead, because we've lost a nice character and were left with the most mediocre one.
@@fraumartha4184 Murano said "You... Shinichi... Izumi, right?" only because she noticed a change in him. Just like in the anime itself, Shinichi changes, so she is the opposite, the same character who noticed the change in the main character. Don't underestimate her...

I'm not sure who chooses the song for the opening of an anime-whether it's the studio or someone else-but it suits the show very well. They work hard and delicately to create a masterpiece, elevating the entire experience to a whole new level. This song is both disturbing and amazing, and I really like it. It perfectly complements the psychological themes of the anime.
I watched the anime in 2017, and I'm still listening to that song. The band behind it, Fear and Loathing in Las Vegas, is amazing. They've made a lot of songs that I liked without realizing it was them, like the first ending of Hunter x Hunter and the soundtrack in the PES game. I just discovered this recently.
I think most animes look for a song that fits the show, while on occasion commissioning a theam song.
I wish American show studios would put as much effort into music openings as Japanese studios do.

When I first saw this many years ago now, the body horror really freaked me out, but after maybe 3 episodes, I was used to it. I quickly realized that it wasn't about the unsettling imagery or anything like that, it was about how fucking good of an anime it was.

Cette anime il est juste incroyable. J’ai mis du temps à commencer à cause de la main bizarroïde mais quand j’ai commencé j’ai trop aimer.

Português: Quem lembra desse anime, assistir faz um tempo, ainda esse ano. Mais sempre que ouvia essa abertura, ficava me movimentando e quase cantando pela música se muito top. Seria bom uma continuação, mais é impossível, o anime terminou fechado. Recomendo muito o anime para quem não viu, mesmo se você não gosta desse estilo, de uma chance para o anime, não vai se arrepende.
English: Who Remembers this anime, watching it for a while, still this year. More whenever I heard this opening I kept moving and almost singing for the song if very top. A continuation would be good, but it is impossible, the anime ended closed. I highly recommend anime to anyone who hasn't seen it, even if you don't like this style, a chance for anime, you won't regret it.

I just realized that almost the whole song is in English.
I thought it was Japanese for the longest time, and now I find out that only a small portion of the whole song is actual Japanese. I feel so dumb for not being able to understand through the accent and autotune, but now that I've actually looked at the lyrics, I can't unhear it.
