@@joshcarsonjc3 Bold indeed. What we will have to see is whether Wemby manages to stay healthy for a long career. Track record in the NBA for people his size is not really good on that front...
IF he manges to stay healthy, he seems to have the potential to compete with Jordan for the GOAT title. But whether or not he will be able to fully realize that potential, we'll have to see. And it will also depends heavily whether the Spurs manage to get him decent teammates. As great as Jordan was, if he never had Pippen to help him, he would likely not have gotten so many rings, and he wouldn't have the legacy he had.

It'll be such a pleasure to watch these two compete against each other for the years to come. Chet's already in a playoffs contender so Wemby and the Spurs would have a lot of catching up to do. Plus, I'd like to hear more from Chet, I don't see a lot of swagger and the personality that reminds me of the legends unlike Wemby who's brimming with aura of greatness.

@@jmac4652 Yet Chet got to build off court chemistry with his team, learn their plays and schemes, and get used to the travel/general schedule. Also, he actually got to practice with the team at some point last year so he got to build on court chemistry as well. He had a year to do everything but suit up for an actual game. If that isn't a significant advantage then idk what is.
