Hello , nice shaping ! I do hexnut ring out of brass too and i wanted to engraved them with graver and hammer, i found them really hard and brittle to work with, do you think i need to anneal them before ? Thanks a lot 🙏

I use ordinary metal files and metal polishes. In the country where I live, you don't have to be a specialty store to get one.Enjoy the making!!
What grade sand paper would you recommend for the final stage of this? Also... Sand paper is quite expensive. Do you know a good place to buy it?
I usually polish with sandpaper No. 1500 or 2000 and then finish with compound.Whenever I buy sandpaper, it's a home improvement store.Sandpaper is not so expensive in my country. It may be a little expensive at a jewelry tool specialty store...
@@kubusofficial Brilliant! I have one more important question you see I bought a bunch of hex nuts, not knowing what size to buy. M2 all the way to M12. None of them are a good size! None fit my fingers.

You Dunn good on them rings I make them also I make them kind of rings and wedding band rings band kid rings toe rings and baby rings.
Beautifully done, but not the best way of doing it on everyday’s work, cause you waste a lot of material. Working with the desired shape from the beginning is the best way to go.
