The thing that's annoying, is that damage values for your custom units are not carried over to the skeleton, nor is the projectiles you put on ranged weapons, so your custom unit becomes incredibly weak, or incredibly overpowered when turned into a skeleton.

I wish the game would let the unit keep their original clothes on when turned in to a skelly
Yeah but that might not work for every unit, like, imagine a skeleton with sideburns or a beard.

Melee skeletons have helmets and armour. Ranged skeletons have hoods.
