Yes it is safe to carry! No problem, however keep a good camera bag to store it in case of rains or splashes from water or any such damages.
Keep rain cover as well so you can safely store it anytime.

Surprisingly on our visit, we didn’t find any leeches and the waters were clear except the tadpoles near the shallow puddles.
It must be the season and time of visit I believe!
We went in June 1st week when the monsoons had not yet set in.
I believe the leeches come out in peak monsoons and stay till the ground is moist and marshy.

How much u paid for the jeep
500 per person for a shared jeep with total about 10 people in it
Bro should we do any prior booking for the jeep Safari?

We didn’t see any mention of any online sites or places to call up!
We just reached there and there were jeeps waiting to take the guests
Luckily we got the last jeep leaving cause we reached after 4
But reach before 3 so this doesn’t happen!

Hi
Safe for kids above 7-8 years we will say.
The jeep ride is safe enough, the trek of 2Km or so is a simple hike but can be exhausting for kids sometimes.
The water can be deep in places in the pool so don’t venture in with the kids and some rocks near water are slippery.
Otherwise no problems.
Nothing too steep or risky or hazardous

It was about ₹2500 per night for the homestay.
R u know Hebbe and jarri falls open and closing time ?
Not 100% sure. But reach Hebbe falls before 3 PM as last jeep leaves at 3 PM and you won’t be able to reach back if you don’t arrive at 3. Mostly the 1st jeep in morning goes at 9am.
For Jhari Falls, try to have a similar timing. However they open early and you can go till 4 PM mostly:
