My dad is a mechanic. He’s a handyman and a very “no BS” type guy. He’s not a spiritual man at all either. We had a neighbor that did reiki. He was having pain issues and she always tried to get him to come by to give him a session. He finally did it…he said it was the most insane thing he has ever experienced. He said it was almost like he could feel the energy as she floated her hands over him. She would be able to feel where he was having issues without him telling her.
While I will likely never be convinced that Reiki has a literal effect on this nebulous 'energy', I freely admit I find this deeply hypnotic and relaxing. The focused self awareness, the dedicated attention (albeit through a video), and the tenderness and sincerity of the practitioner... that is enough for me. It's difficult to find a way to break from overwhelming anxiety, but somehow this works. You have my thanks.
Reiki is usually pretty subtle in everyday life, I wouldn't have believed it does anything either unless I had the first-hand experience. When I had reiki after essentially fasting for 2 days, the intensity of the electricity moving through my body was so physically intense in a way I had never felt before (in a good way). Other times I've done it without fasting, with a different practitioner, and it was so subtle that I could've brushed the sensations as nothing. I think all the food we eat dulls our senses. But in any case, whatever positives it can bring to your life is awesome, whether its labeled as "energy" or something else. I find it so amazing how asmr in general can have a physical effect and a calming effect, I hope more scientific studies come out to find out how it works.

Beautiful work Silke! I've been a Reiki teacher for 25 years and I can tell the skeptics in the audience that yes, she really is flowing the energy. Beautifully, too. I've never seen a POV ASMR and LOVE IT. The incense stick waved, my hips lost the ability to hold tension, and my shoulderblades relaxed so quickly they flew apart from where they'd been clenched, and my eyelids rolled up. Just wanted to share, this video came up in my recommendations and its the first time I've seen your channel, but its the first time I've had an actual "reiki" experience without being in-person (or at least that I've noticed - most other reiki videos for me are more mostly subtle and calming). @@cara-mia781 it’s called the BlissLights Sky lite projector. I got mine on Amazon for $50. Walmart had them online too. I’m sure by now there is some dupes that are cheaper but that’s the original and the best one. Unfortunately it doesn’t have any mote settings other than the space blue effect or just the green dots lights or a combination of the 2 which is the effect you see here. I wish it played some sort of sounds with it and maybe had some other color choices but it’s super relaxing and I love the way it lights up my room. I had gotten them for my kids initially and ended up ordering a 3rd one for myself! You won’t regret it 😊

Most holistic practitioners do cord cuttings not thinking what happens to the root of the cord within.. how about some cord (roots) extractions instead from all of the body, with a refill of the empty root space of cleansing energy or healing symbols, so that the spaces can be empowered to eventually grow something healthier, or better with less junk to deal with the chakras vibrate at a higher speed, or shine brighter then ever! I kind of felt guided to share this.
I've only recently discovered ASMR and although I don't buy into 'chakra' 'crystal', 'energy' claims involved in Reiki, this girl's voice is wonderfully soft, lyrical and I'd even say musical. Her manner is wonderfully relaxing, soft and sensual which I feel is where the real charm of ASMR lies. If you allow yourself to follow the instructions, prompts and envisage the energies she describes, you''ll find yourself out like a light, fast asleep. It's an entirely seductive experience.

First of all thank you for your work. This video is next level. I used to practice Monroe Institute’s series. After months of practice I was having out of body experiences. I have this video playing in the background and I’m getting tingles. I’ve been immune to tingles for years. It won’t just automatically work for everyone but binaural audio really helps.
