Anyways, I don't think the question is "which vehicle is better". I think that the real question in this case is "which vehicle is better for my situation". If you're looking for mobility, then the cheap vehicle is what you'd want. If you want to strike foes from across the map, then you'd pick the expensive vehicle.
First one is a Russian RT-2PM2 Topol-M ballistic missile (Probably nuke).
Second is a soviet Gaz 46 military vehicle that entered service in the 1950s with 12,7x108 DShK on it.
*Fun fact: If u wanna drive this cruise missile carrier u need second crewman because its so big that the designers decided that it needed 2 drivers instead of one.

They seriously got to add some more gtao vehicles ( military and aircraft as well) to story mode.
That could replace the chernobog
That would be the perfect vehicle because of many reasons
1. Its would have more armor
2. It would do more damage
3. It would be available to shoot down any fighter jets like haydra, lazers, f-160 if its fast enough to escape the missile
4. It would have accurate Missile like the f-160
5. The missile would come off the truck shoot up in the air and it would regenerate a new missile every 10 seconds
6. There would be customizable to change the you know but it could have special customs like the missile to make it faster or more accurate
I think these are some good reasons.

10 secons is a bit short for a missile that huge, i think maybe 30-60 secs would be a bit more balanced
its a mobile nuclear missile launch system, no way can this shit take down aircraft
and a 10 second reload is highly unrealistic
also its a nuke it doesnt need special customs since the blast radius is huge enough to destroy the main city

In real life, a russian missle launcher like that would go through almost any average vehicle with no give. It'll feel like butter.
It would pass through a normal sized semi truck as if it's tin foil.
The ramming force behind it would be astronomically powerful. That, or it'll just crush opposing vehicles under it's massive weight like nothing.
Wouldn't it result in a big nuclear explosion by shooting the RT-2PM2 Topol-M, which Franklin will be involved, exterminated by the explosion?
