I have the Garmin 750 and a 430w as my number 2. If I replaced my 430w with your 440, will it still crossfill from the Garmin 750? If it doesn’t, can I then load my flight plan to the 440 via Wi-Fi instead. Would that be an acceptable work around? I use ForeFlight.

No it will not crossfill. Yes, Foreflight would certainly work to send the flightplan to the 440 via WiFi.
