After waiting out our northern front on the NW side of Great Harbour Cay, we get ourselves off the boat by taking Georgie to the beach for a stroll. Something she probably would have enjoyed a little more had she not jumped out of the dinghy a few feet early, mistaking the clear shallow water for land.
We also our dinghy through a channel which led through a set of mangroves, all the way from our anchorage out to the cruise ship island of Great Stirrup Cay to north. It was questionable if our fuel would hold out for the 5 mile trip, but in the end we made it back, and with some great views along the way.
When winds began switching from NW to W, we knew it was time to leave and head to the other side of the island for a more protected anchorage. We fought the winds and beat for a good portion of the trip, but were rewarded with Kool-aid blue waters and stunning surroundings upon our arrival.

Thanks Jon! In video coverage we have about 4 more episodes covering the Bahamas. But in real time we've already made the 950 mile passage from the Bahamas to St. Barths, and then spent time there as well as Antigua, Saba, and St. Maarten. We're actually getting ready to leave on our Atlantic crossing east in the next two weeks!
I grew up on the west coast of Florida, often sailing with a good friend in the bays of the gulf. Finding your channel has allowed me to relive some of my youth. Thanks MJ

Watching the cruse ships at their private islands from the REAL "cruising life". They can only get away for a week or two, but you two + Georgie have managed to do it 24-7 albeit on a stricter budget - which works just fine for you.

What beautiful scenery! Those colors of the water, the clarity....wow! I love watching your videos, and I especially like the information passed along about the boat and her sister ships, that was amazing. I would love to live like this some day, or something similar. When is the other Mercury getting fixed? Watching you guys puddle duck around with that little three horse is painful. I appreciate it probably gets better hours of fuel consumption, but it's so slow. Ok, that has to be the pressure life coming through. It just dawned on me while writing that comment, that in this lifestyle you're not in a hurry....things move a lot slower. So I guess I answered my own stupid question....sometimes I'm a real putz! Hope you all have Fair winds and sea, say hi to Georgie for me, and have the time of your lives! And keep up the great job with the videos, we all love watching and dreaming........

I am not offended as long as it is subtle. The way I see it, I am getting free content that I enjoy watching.
If I had a channel like yours, I would probably block people who have negative comments. I don't have time for negativity.
I think people who make negative comments need to go cruising.
I am all for constructive criticism, but I keep it private with the person I am talking to.
