Yes the rest of his body that was saved is covered in scars, you can see that in the first couple of mins at the top of his robotic legs his thighs are white.

Regarding the arms of fizz. The backstory that was shown showed that blitz's accident did so much damage that he lost his arms and his horns damaged. Thats why he has robotic arms and always wearing something where his horns used to be. The horns part is just a theory since we don't know what exactly was done to it since that happened 15 years ago( basing it on backstory) so we don't know what the state of fizz's horns are between then and now.

The card he gave Fizz literally said "Wish you were my son", and he, in basest terms, sold Blitz's body for $5 and a condom when he was a child. We need more information, but it's pretty clear that Blit's dad never loved him, and Blitz wounding Fizz and losing his mother was probably enough to drive him into disappearing from the circus entirely.

Honestly, I feel like it would be Mammon, Cash, or even Barbie, but I'm leaning towards Barbie. She obviously hates Blitzo for what happened to their mom, so it wouldn't shock me if she was staying by Fizz's side in the hospital and wanted to keep him safe, especially after Fizz's POV had Blitzo betraying him on purpose

With the fire thing, regular fire that you's see on Earth is just as harmless to Imps as air is to humans, but Hellfire can be just as deadly to Imps as Earth fire is to humans And with Fizz, he lost his horns and all four of his limbs in the explosion, but somewhere down the line (likely by Ozzie), he was given robotic limbs that stretch.

I’m really starting to wonder if Fizzarolli’s cybernetic arms and legs are a deliberate reference to Doom. I mean really think about it... a demon with cybernetic implants. What does that remind you of? What is the first video game that really comes to mind in such a scenario? By that point, sooner or later, one can’t help but inevitably think of the Doom first person shooter franchise whenever you see something like that in pop-culture nowadays because it’s pretty much the definitive video game series that really iconically popularized the concept in fiction of depicting demons with cybernetic enhancements.

hell fire is different from regulars fire, in myths hellhounds were said to have a hellfire's bite that never stopped burning once bitten, and that even when dead you'd still feel it. its where the pokedex entry for houndoom comes from. but in this universe hellfire is its own thing rather then being imbued into all the creatures of hell.

Basically, the fire of hell id way more powerful than on earth and thats why it can hurt imps, and the Explosion caused Fizz to loose his horns and caused his legs and arms to be on fire melting the skin off, thats why he had to get robotic replacements, i hope that helps
