I revisit this video 7 months after the fact and my opinion hasn't changed one bit. Kristina from Bulgaria was absolutely stunning (thank you for sharing your talent, luv) and the Ukrainians were, as usual, astounding.

I've watched alot of the voice from all corners of the planet. But I have to say some of the music that comes out of Ukraine even if I don't understand a word is quite chilling.
Although, I don't understand the words, music and the emotions it brings depending on the singer's transcends all barriers. Universal language. This was fabulous. Thank you. Gracias.

All of these contestants are amazing and blessed with superb voices and they are super talented. My favorites are first contestant singing, “unbreak my heart” was very moving with an absolutely beautiful voice. And also the other contestant who sang, “we are the champions” was also very good with super control of his voice. The performer of “let it be” was also fantastic. 👏👏👏👏👏

It’s times like this when I wish that I was fluent in multiple languages. The last two auditions and the encore were hauntingly beautiful just by the music and voices alone. I can only imagine how much more they would have been had I understood the words. It’s similar to how I feel listening to Opera, wishing that I spoke Italian or better French. Lovely, all. There's no place to "start" within this grouping --- every one is TOPS: Todd Tilghman's worthy Bob Seger-like tones ("We've Got Tonight" [orig. "We've Got Tonite"]), Lem Knights's climbing and descending runs ("Do It Like a Dude"), Catarina Clau's crystal clarity ("You Say"), and on and on, all the way to the purity of Anna Trubetskaia and the magnificent Tina Karol. I can only feel sorry for those who miss out on Saturdays with pureemotionmusic!!! ❤️

First time I ever seen someone audition that was on the same level maybe 1 step below Tina vocally. Even she appreciated that moment. Another fine comp.

That was another fine selection of songs. The most compelling, to me, were the last two (the Bulgarians and the Ukrainians) singing in their native languages. I agree with Ithil Nin, I wish I was fluent in a bunch of different languages so I could understand what they were singing about. (And who wouldn't want to sing with Tina Karol.) Thank you for posting this.

Quick FYI --- I've today posted a tried-and-true method for getting English translations for most any song in any language --- including Tina Karol's -- at Ithil Nin's earlier post on this #125 vid. Hope it helps!
Btw, they were singin in russian, not ukrainian , which is even more melodic. Check The hardkiss журавлі .
The native language of Tina is Ukrainian but the song was in Russian.
@@user-gr6wg7dx5c From what I understand, and I'm no expert, the 2 languages are about 75-80% mutually intelligible. And, since Tina was born before the fall of the Soviet Union, she would have learned Russian in school. Ditto with Dan, since Moldova was also part of the Soviet Union.
