Naturally, instead of wolf whistles, Graham Kennedy was more inclined to give her crow calls (heh heh). 😁

Sadly passed away at 80 on 5 December 2017. Her birthday on May 12, a day ahead of mine. Very saucy weather clip! ;)

Looks like it was never meant for broadcast. Just internal GTV9 amusement. Very saucy back then in Australia, like the 70s with Number 96 and The Box. Both of which I managed to get mum to let me watch it when I was 11 lol.

"We now even have promos for promos."
Predictions of those consecutive promos for The Voice, perhaps? (You know, the 30-second spot and the 5-second *We'll tell you twice, and don't you bloody forget it!* types?)

I remember when they dragged Sir Eric out of retirement to read the news for three years before Brian Naylor was poached from Seven right under their noses. Kerry must have been deeply involved.

Looks like Channel 9 were getting lessons from Channel 7 on how to make Christmas tapes Or how not to make them. LOL. (wink wink)

It’s a shame you turned off the comments on the Robert Menzies video. That would have been most amusing to read.

There's our Rosie! I heard she got herself into trouble over this. Did this take on the weather actually ever make it to air? I certainly don't reremember...

I don't know. I got this clip from a TV collector who gave it to me on DVD.

Classic Australian TV I think it looks clean enough to be from actual videotape, not kinescope.
