A9 never fell off for me. Amazing Pokemon even after the Blizzard nerfs

Countering ttar is good, but everyone Gangsta until the sand tomb ttar runs potion or full heal to not die
I've run full heal for a number of high CC matchups, A9 being one for sure. Plus Sand Tomb fully covers Veil, so idk how well in reality it is

I don't think anyone's talked about it but I imagine Buzzwole would be a good Ttar counter. He brawls well, can stun him and displace him.
he wouldn't because he dies in the process, and displacing t tar could potentially just move it to your own team. You'd have better luck just avoiding him lol

One of my main counters to tyranitar is the ban system. But when it doesn’t or can’t be banned kiting with cinderace has been pretty successful for me.
Like why ban the giant slow moving guy attackers should be able to kite him easy I love flamethrower chandy into ttar just ikea him after he sandtombs in and lane 2 back to back flame throwers and he’s dead

Surf Hydro pump blastoise or Trev also good vs Ttar since Hindrance reduction does not effect pushing move
I just so happen to be playing a lot of A9 right now going for gold ribbon and yeah it feels goooood right now
I adore Hyperspace Hole and all as much as the next guy, but I started playing Trick Hoopa about a week before they buffed it w my duos partner and we absolutely demolished top lane together. It's a very wack combination with shadow ball; Makes the support feel much more like an attacker for sure.
Been maining A9 since starting the game two years ago. So glad it's getting another chance in the meta. Even Avalanche+Blizzard does well against Ttar.
I'm loving that it's finally getting a chance to shine again after the nerfs.
I'm excited to try this, I love Aurora Veil Ninetales (best sound effect) and Blizzard just doesn't gel for me as a playstyle.
Tsareena as it can jump around and heal with any build. Plus it has a never miss unite😮
And don’t forget it also is great when you have a ttar to help keep alive on your team with veil

I do prefer Avalanche over Dazzling Gleam tho (as sometimes it sucks when they walk out of range before it stuns)
I had great control over tytar with a simple snorlax wall, just focusing at removing him from fights.
Wiggly is my favourite Ttar counter, it’s so hard for them to dive your team
Wigglytuff is an amazing Pokémon against a lot of melees of this game. One huge trouble for her is Snorlax, though.
A9 has been with me from the beginning through thick and thin and I'm glad she's shining

I thought Absol would be worse this meta but I've found great success in Psycho Cut/Night Slash, X-Atk (Ult goes crazy too). Just rips through Comfey/Ttar, Zoros. If you have just even one defender or supporter who knows how to play, you can do the Ttar treatment to the Ttar team.
Nineties the first pokemon I made to master with the build he uses. I love it
My tank A9 build: focus, guard, scarf
The scarf is there for more heals when in the veil.
Good old Aurora Veil A9 and Trick Hoopa combo
This looked more like Leafeon and Trev being able to fully zone the Ttar out and it not actually engaging well
If basic attack speed is what you're going for just imagine helping hand as well.

Water shuriken Greninja is the biggest counter from what I saw, you can kite Ttar really hard without him ever catching you unless he got you by surprise.

I love A9 av. I feel like a lot of players don’t understand the ⭕️ and what it does though 😅

@@ClarkSilent Infinite boosted attacks, movement speed goes up, and area defense goes up. Basically allows A9 and other mons to live longer and take less damage. Normally played with Dazzling Gleam which adds damage and stuns.

Tyranitar curse pain split is the best counter. The pain split is amazing because it deflects so much dmg to Tyranitar, and it really controls the pit and forces Tyranitar to figure another way into the fight.
Ya if u feel like u guys lack damage otherwise hammer and horn is probably better cuz stun ruins ttar like all all rounders

as a tyranitar mains, i would say blaze kick cinderace works well against it., not hard counter but good counter
Now that you talk about when the game got released and people didn't knew about items. I remeber everyone was losing it for Float Stone, woah the game is pay to win, if you upgrade your Float Stone you can zoom around the maps! At the end Float Stone wasn't that great and Buddy Barrier was the true busted item.

A9 into Trae is good in general. Any notable CC does. The big thing here is that you stunted a bottom lane Tyranitar head to head.
Blaze kick cinderace should be the closest to the better counter to ttar
The best counter is Slick Choice Baneon.
A good balance for Ttar is have him evolve at lvl 10

It makes sense, it works a shield too.
