I'd be the same way. As someone who was largely ignored by girl's when I was a kid, I would be more interested in what about me she found appealing than trying to score.
Umm... no, Conan used to crawl all over the ladies and make creepy noises.... as a joke. But he also knows how and when to be respectful. There are several reasons why he could have chosen to remain chill: she was talking about herself underaged, she was in the middle of a joke, her Iranian background, or maybe she just wasnt comfortable with that kind of behavior. Any or all of these is a good reason.
Conan flirts, but he does it either in a funny way, or when the other person is reciprocating. He also satires Metoo stuff by making fun of himself. There's a clip where he gets caught looking at a guests breasts and he plays it off so smoothly. He won't get metoo'd because he's not a creep, but he's also not scared to play along and joke like a normal person who knows boundaries and what conset/repricosity is.
