You can get Maverick's album which is out now too! itunes.apple.com/gb/album/lone... - Hudba
he is maverick what did you expect does his own ting! fair play to that man he is doing better than most of us! he gets a thumbs up from me
He was born in England if you really knew/followed him... I'm Irish and proud of him.. He can sing any type of music YES any..! Reggae he really good and I think he knows that.. The point he is trying to get across is it doesn't matter black white or other.. We are all the same and we have all the same emotions.. Brilliant artist great future 👌
There Needs to be an International Bob Marley Day!!!!
All schools everywhere, listening to nothing but Marley all day!!
Maverick is my ultimate favourite artist, and no-one can top his talent. He is so unique, he is dedicated to music, he explores all genres of music, he is just amazing x
Maverick's Accent/Voice, is what makes him unique, and his cover of this song so amazing. Maverick has made it his own
Rip Bob, Rip Jamal 🙏🏽
Thank you both for inspiring so many through your words and actions. Incredible cover been on the playlist from day.
This is actually beautiful music. RIP Bob, absolutely amazing cover Maverick Sabre
This is touching for me because i know bob's music is known worldwide yes but to see a man singing it from all the way across there and the msg has been recieved is incredible i think.....wow this is amazing.
Why so much hate? Beautiful cover, beautiful voice. And for the record he is Irish and also lived in London hence the accent. One love!!
His voice suits the song really well and even though he's reading the lyrics of his phone you can tell that he's feeling the meaning of the song. Black/White/Asian whatever.... Music has no boundaries so people should stop worrying about certain ethnicities only performing certain songs. As Bob Marley said, "One Love."
All this racial hatred. Pointing out a few things, he's Irish if not in Gaelic colloquially is spoken in broken English like patois, therefore he has a twang and that's why he says 'birtday'. Secondly has it occurred to anyone Bob Marley's father is a white man. So in conclusion arguments disputing his race and how he should sing are entirely irrelevant
Dilly dilly!!
How can you not like this?? Thumbs up people
I actually love his voice! So Unique
WAT A TALENT GREAT VOICE MAVERICK SABRE DOIN IT BIGGGG !!!

Mav is the man!
this is haardd!
awesome
@BassheadD92 He was born in hackey, then moved to ireland when he was very young hes caught the irish accent
perfect match!
Why are people slating this guy for performing 'black' music? its an influence, its a genre, he's interested in it so why shouldn't he perform it?!. I feel sorry and ashamed for my race if that's the sort of narrow mindedness we'll be teaching our kids. Perhaps we should all listen to some of the black youths who originate from Jamaica and yet couldn't even point it out on a map. Bob Marley would have written something encouraging here if he was alive and you all know it...
happy birthday bob the man the myth the legend
Sabre is a saint.

@MDoubleii No, he was born in London and grew up in New Ross, County Wexford (quite far from Dublin) the came back to London aged 17.
he's so cool
sick
reading the last three pages of comments...lord there's some irate people out there...your missin the point....does not matter his heritage blah blah...He executes this song and delivers it well in my opinion..Marley was unique, no denying...however this dude has got a lotta soul in his bowl..he indeed, possesses talent that is Honest and humble..a rare thing these days..am sure Bob would agree...chill people!
@MultiJonesable matter of opinion, not about the background of the singer it is about the music man and celebrating Bob Marley's birthday
fuckin sick best tune sbtv has ever uploaded.
i love that unique raggae fusion sound. he is like the male version of selah sue
cheers
@curlywoodson favorite song of his by bob marley....
ROONEY!!
I enjoyed your version very much. Heartfelt singing and a beautiful voice. I posted a video reply of me singing Redemption Song with two amazing guitarists in Khartoum, Sudan.
He's got relatives from Jamaica as well, always taking trips out there and then he got the accent also from there

he surprised me, he actually sounds pretty good.
Brave to do a cover of a Bob Marley song, pretty good!
he always sings like this
I have the same birthday as Bob Marley
Spencer off iCarly jamming on the acoustic
@DshankumMusic It amazes me that there is 42 people in this world that actually believe this.
Its on the 20th of April ;)
relax and enjoy mate:)
@ErazePK What did he say about Mav?
I've got the same b'day as the mighty bob marley
so good. however poor recording quality?!
isn't he from wexford in ireland or something like that?
@DshankumMusic not true, he got his accent from moving between london and ireland when he was young, quite sure he said it himself.
@SUMMERS805
He always sings ina jamaican accent lol, That's his swing, that's his style.
McChulo he grew up in Ireland so if he has a twang that sounds similar its because of it
@carlwrighteous got to agree with you, when did music become about colour?music is supposed to transcend all walks of life, one of the biggest points Mr Bob Marley(r.i.p.) tried to say with his music, anyone should be able to sing anyone elses music without criticism, ONE LOVE
He's like Donae'o crossed with Plan B!
when you lot gonna do something for j dilla? ;)
@ooProduction Funny how Bob Marley's father was from liverpool and WHITE. Bob never classified what colour he was, he didn't want to be labeled. #Truefan
Thats good 👍 but nobody can beat BOB 1 LOVE.
@RuddyRambo cos he be jamacian, mon
Happy Birthday Bob Marley, hope your watching this video... i'd love you to sign me,..
MY GUY SHOULD JUMP ON STREETCORNERZTV
@Biskwitz thought the exact same thing
@DshankumMusic He's got that accent cos he grew up in London and Ireland so it's a weird mixture of the two. Irish and West Indian accents are pretty close anyway, due to Britain taking Irish slaves over their. They share some pronunciations. His accent isn't an Irish/West Indian mix anyway it's Irish/BEV.
Sorry, I'm a linguist, makes me a bit pedantic.
He's got an amazing voice regardless of all this.
Mental !
