I was asking myself the same question. Looks almost identical and afaik there is no significant difference in weight.

Cold shoe mount is higher and wont interfere with nato rail. Tilta logo on the center is lowered to also not interfere with nato rail top handle. HDMI cable clamp is included.
3/8" screw mount at the bottom. Flush mounting points on the left and right sides of the cage
