I cant speak for othr viewers but i feel d focus shd b on d incidents in d emergency ward of d hospital. If its romance i m seeking to watch, i certainly wont resort to this series. D episodes dat hv made an impact r those relating to d difficult circumstances of d patients n d medical staff during d difficult medical moments. D quality acting of d patients in particular, is amazing, n dey r nt evn established A rated actors n actresses. I also think d romance btwn He n Jiang is v awkward, i almost wan to laugh !! An old man n a cold fish, how worse cn it get ha..ha...
