I wish Sae had some more funny comments about her Shadow. Then I realized that her stern attitude is exactly what you'd expect from her with short and curt responses. The characterization in Persona 5 c'est magnifique! Thanks for updating this Dism.
I'm glad that we didn't even have to steal Sae's treasure in order to change her heart. Joker was able to do that with his own kind trustworthy heart

Sae strikes me as someone who’s quite conscientious about how she’s perceived.
Seeing yourself like some kind of gothic showgirl with too much eyeliner and a monster isn’t quite something to just look at with peace of mind.
And that's why, in Persona 4, they had to battle their own shadows- the denial that this kind of thing was a reflection of their heart.

Well it’s one thing to entertain the idea, another to literally see it manifested so literally in a way you never imagined.
Not to mention kind of awkward to look at yourself appearing so bizarre and out of character in both cases.

It'd have to carry over some design elements from the Shadow form, probably including the guns and sword.
@@demi-femme4821 An idea I've had for Sae and her Persona is that its design would be heavily influenced by her Shadow Self, Persona-4 style (Like how Shadow Yosuke resembled Jiraiya), so her Persona (and possible her Phantom Thief attire, if it materializes) would resemble the massive Revenant form of her Shadow.

It's sort of a hybrid of Semester 3 Akechi and Semester 2 Akechi that leans toward the latter.

True but they just took it at the time as excuses.
Also their doings were more sinister. Kaneshiro was Yakuza, gun dad shows that you don't have to be thekind of guy Kaneshiro was when in it or having a history of it. Kamoshida was full on abusing teenagers and almost got a girl to kill herself by sexually harassing her. Madarane, full on abuse aaaaaand technically murder or something close. And Okumura, well was trying to basically sell off his daughter, admittedly relatively light in comparison at first glance but still. Sae was being pressured to get this case done with and was manipulated to unknowingly support a highly corrupt politician that effectively killed multiple people, even if not with his own hands. Safe to say, she was definitely on the shallow end of fucked up, still a bit, no denying, but not as bad and more redeemable

So, Sae had the potential to have a persona too... But, she still is in denial of that aspect of her, she wouldn't accept that she is capable of cheating in order for justice to win
Somewhat, the Sixth Villain Heist (Sae Niijima) is the most unique heist in Persona 5, among with other villain heists
First, she manage to ally with Phantom Thieves, even with her palace still standing strong and her treasure is never be taken by Thieves
Second, this is the only heist to confront her shadow in Thieves Den
Third, I think she is only non Phantom Thieves that can hear Morgana speaks

It's interactions like with Morgana and Makoto here where I just don't get why people want to hate on Morgana so much. He has his faults but all the charachters do and I hate that clips showcasing his good quailites often get less views simply because people would prefer to ballon his flaws up to absurd levels. He can be a real sweetheart to people and he can keep up intelegence wise with Futaba and Makoto too, I've explained over and over why Morgana and ryjui's argument not only makes sense but that Ryuji does have a large chunk of the blame for it. Morgana's critical of Ryuji but he NEVER goes after a sore spot like Ryuji's broken leg and there are even times when he's got perfect ammo to be critical and does'nt take it like when Ryuji got them all busted with Makoto. Meanwhile Ryuji manages to dig at every single one of Morgana's sore spots from his amnesia to his issues with his idenity and fear of being useless. So it's really no suprise that Ryuji get's on Morgana's nerves so much, hell their first meeting does'nt do any favors to get them on the right foot with each other. Still when the chips are down it is clear they both do care about each other and there are plenty of times in both the orignal strikers where their perfectly hanging out with each other with no bickering.

Thieves den. It becomes available by simply playing thoroughout the game unless you mean these conversations then you simply have to beat the game I think. I had the conversation with Sae and Tae not so long ago after I completed the game.

Might have already been explained, but how exactly DID Akechi disguise Loki as Robin Hood? I was never clear on that.
Jay Smith Loki is the trickster god of Norse mythology who is capable of changing his shape and gender so it makes sense that Akechi could change forms.

Besides, if we're going based on the mythos, transfiguration is more Odin's schtick. Despite being known as a trickster "deity", Loki actually does very little shapeshifting.
Jay Smith You could say that the Persona of this Loki is in variation to a tale/mythos of Loki shape shifting. Since Personas are essentially different, with some being ideally different than others (Isis in P3 and Isis in P4 - P5) and others different than their original appearances (Loki in P3 - P4) it’s possible that this Loki can. But Akechi, in one of these convos in front of Loki, says he could do it because “it was just an act”
Actually i see it more like Akechi it's a Wildcard just like Joker and can use more than one Persona, but since he doesn't have access to the Velvet Room, he only keeps those two.
The third semester is a fake world, so I could see why he isn't a Wildcard anymore.
To me Akechi could change due to having a different personality than the one he publicly shows.Loki is just that hidden part of Akechi while Robin Hood is his public image
