Party Backdrops & Mini Balloon Garland Tutorial

How to make a foil backdrop, mini balloon garland and setup easy sequin backdrops. I used 1 table cover and had some leftover. I used 5” balloons in both Mirror Silver & Standard Black, total used was 112. I love shimmer walls, but these sequin backdrop covers are so much easier to setup, transport, takedown, store and price is affordable. #balloon #balloondecoration #howto Product links below
