I love the praise services of West Angeles! Although I'm here in Texas, I'm able to share on a regular basis thanks to Jonathan DesVerney's Gospel Channel. He has skills of capturing the special moments of each service. Jonathan you are a blessing to many. David Daughtry leads the praise service singing "We've come to lift our hands and give Him glory, we've come to lift our hands and give Him praise!" This song has new meaning when you see the young man@1: 07-1:11 praising God without arms.
I must be getting old because I really miss the old style worship, Now it is more of performance than worship, I know the younger generation likes this. I'm an accomplished pianist but most of us have been put out to pasture so I really don't like going to church anymore…….
I hear you, (not that your talking to me, lol) but a huge issue that I (just me a nobody) has is that P&W is not for you it's for God. I understand that God has given us free will and individualism that allows Him to get the glory from us in various applications, i.e. singing musical instruments, praise dancing....whatever your ministry. Regardless, the point I would like to make is that all praise all worship is to the glory of the Father and shouldn't be neglected by you because the style doesn't fit your personal preference. You should does as the other youtuber suggested find another ministry that fits your needs because there is no condemnation in doing that. But God needs to be honored by you.....not that going to church means your spiritual or aknowledging Him, that's religious and not relationship! God Bless, my two cents. P.S. My uncle is catholic and I went to there mass. It was the worst church I had been in. So I starting cutting up, he took me outside and slapped me upside my head. Years later I realized I was wrong.
@SJ CII.............I'm old school, and I love the old school but we must understand versatility is a must in order to meet the needs of all people. You have all ages in West A, so give the youth what they like, but never forget to go and visit the old school hymns and devotional songs

I love this worship. but such a mass choir I mostly hear the voice of the ones who have the mic... their voice cover the whole choir.. but I still enjoyed it
sisteryaime It’s the praise team in the mics. They just happen to be standing in front of the choir. So the choir isn’t featured during this time. Many churches just happen to have more separation room between the choir and platform floor.

I've never heard "thou oh lord" executed so beautifully. The guitar, flute just blended excellently.
