    I never get tired of listening to tracks from the 1990s. They remind me of a time when all seemed calm and peaceful. I enjoyed listening to the radio and hearing all of these songs as a kid. Back when there were no smartphones as well as social media. This is a pure classic and Da Brat definitely needs to be given her flowers while she's still here.

      Do bone thugs have a west coast flow? There from Cleveland or is this a Midwest flow

    • @BuddyBoy-ne1nw
      @BuddyBoy-ne1nw Před měsícem

      @@LeeJon0802Midwest flow, which developed from the west coast style. That G-Funk sound is Dre's creation, but Easy-E still had the rights to use the sound due to his ownership with Ruthless records, even after Dre left to form Deathrow records. Since they were beefing at this time, it's clear that Eazy would purposely antagonize Dre by using Dre's G-Funk sound in his diss records. Regarding where Bone comes into this, my theory is they were supposed to be the answer to Dre having his own rappers (Snoop, Warren G), and I feel Eazy was trying to push Bone to sound like Snoop with a smooth, melodic, soft-spoken flow. If you hear very early Bone tracks, their sound was completly different although the subject matter was the same. However, instead of simply biting Snoop's/WarrenG/Nate Dogg's style, Bone instead took inspiration from them but added more to it. Instead of rapping the verses with a smooth flow and sing the hooks, Bone took it a step further and came up with the idea of sing-rapping all the verses as well as the hooks. The idea of harmonizing a rap verse was just breakthrough, way ahead of their time.
