MUGEN: A Paperclip's Last Hurrah

RIP Gilbert Gottfried. Clippy/Clippit was actually voiced by the widely famous actor/comedian in an old Microsoft Office campaign about how the upcoming Office at that time would be getting rid of him. So I thought as a sort of tribute to the recently passed actor/comedian and fight as Clippy.
Rematching Camren's Waluigi through his recent update cause why not?
