    Mike is legit , I've transitioned to a vegan lifestyle 9 months ago , I've always been the guy to "overtrain" and when I found mikes content back in 2013 I was glued , im now in my 2nd week of boxing training with a former olympic gold medalist here in Houston TX.

    That shit was hard. The pain and lactic acid buildup is tough after a 1 set of 10 reps with 110 alone by itself, but throwing in those 20 other reps with those other weights takes it to another level of pain.

    I use to do this exact circuit with a trainer in Memphis Tn. named Mike Ferguson. Yes this is a beast and he has even more hard circuits than this and his rep counts are insane. Big ups to Mike Rashid and my guy Mike Ferguson.
