To everyone asking all you need is something to insulate and hold heat... Wool, cotton, hay... And the bottle bottom helps keep heat from leaving the egg... You just wanna get the egg to keep about 80-90°F not direct sunlight that will slow cook the egg... So shade and help hold on the heat... The cotton or wool or hay or braum is just to hold heat through the night... This won't work on environments where temps are under 60°F at night... Well maybe 60 but doubt it... But not much under 60 if 60 would some how work... You want to keep the heat around that of the hen... It will dip but keep as a far away from close to freezing as possible... And remember it's an egg it isn't gonna keep temp near as long as something large

Heyy please help it’s urgent: I’m trying to hatch an egg I found yesterday. I have it in a warm place etc in aluminium foil but today some liquid came out of the eggs pores and it stinks. Has it gone bad ?
