Excellent content. Mam I have one question/ doubt. Nowadays some High Courts make their case proceedings online on CZcams. Sometimes the face of both Convict and Victim is also shown. Similarly, the Superintendent of a district make videos of the arrested culprits in their office and also make fun of them. Do they not have any right regarding their privacy in such a situation?

If you really want to have a deeper understanding you must learn to put yourself in others shoes. And accept and able to say truth even in most critical situation becoz its the best time for it. I request you to perform the deep analysis of this case both at Karnataka and SC. And then publish your unbiased review. Can you do that?
