But remember inflation is not considered in the above calculation If we calculate with rate of inflation By My research and calculation I came to know that it would take more than 200 years to make the profit. In order to just break even with the growing inflation, the statue has to make atleast 145 crores per year and grow 4% year over year. This is being generous as we are assuming inflation to be 4% constant. If the statue can make 150 crores as profit and 4% more year over year, it would mean we can recover the initial investment in 727 years. Do note that 150 crores is supposed to be profit after the operating cost is deducted.

Cost of building statue of unity was over 3000 crores.
Now keeping in mind that the interest of people will decline and increase in statue of unity so average earning is taken as 55 crores.

Even if the statue makes 80 crore per year for next 100 years, it won't even recover the initial investment. In order to just break even with the growing inflation, the statue has to make atleast 145 crores per year and grow 4% year over year. This is being generous as we are assuming inflation to be 4% constant. If the statue can make 150 crores as profit and 4% more year over year, it would mean we can recover the initial investment in 727 years. Do note that 150 crores is supposed to be profit after the operating cost is deducted.
