Customer complaint engine no start and overheating
during diagnosis, we found water mixed with engine oil, so we need to replace the cylinder head and gasket.
To remove the cylinder head you should remove the oil pan and timing chain cover

Remove the oil pan? Ok it probably needs the milky oil cleaned out anyways. It took me most of a day to remove the intake manifold but I'm not a mechanic. Thanks for the video its helpful.

Can u reuse the old head bolts ,

it is not recommanded to use old bolts but i know lot of tech reuse it so you can try to use the old bolts

​@@WissamAbbas Wow... It`s hard to believe. I have a 1.0 BiFuel version and it`s now 200 000km and the engine still sounds good. But GM did the mistake to take out the coolant temperature indicator from the dashboard and I use OBD to keep eye on it...
I change the oil every 8k km with GM 5w30 Dexos2. It`s time to change the timing chain, but after that video, I am a little bit afraid to open it! :D

yes, you are right they moved the temperature indicator, don't replace timing chain unless there is sound otherwise no need to replace it
