    Spokesperson of BJP : ❌
    Spokesperson of Congress : ❌
    Spokesperson of India: ✅
    Iran in 1979
Background: The Iranian Revolution overthrew Shah Mohammad Reza Pahlavi, leading to the establishment of an Islamic Republic under Ayatollah Khomeini.
Outcome: The revolution caused significant geopolitical shifts in the region, influencing other countries and contributing to tensions that persist today.
Impact on India: India faced economic challenges due to disrupted oil supplies and had to navigate new diplomatic relationships in the changing Middle Eastern landscape. Additionally, the rise of Islamic fundamentalism in the region posed new security concerns for India.
    Iraq in 2003
Background: The US-led invasion of Iraq toppled Saddam Hussein's regime, creating a power vacuum that led to widespread sectarian violence and the rise of extremist groups.
Outcome: Prolonged instability in Iraq had a ripple effect throughout the region, exacerbating existing conflicts and creating new security threats.
Impact on India: India's economy was affected by fluctuating oil prices and the increased cost of energy imports. Additionally, the rise of ISIS and other militant groups in the region led to heightened security concerns, particularly regarding the potential for radicalization and terrorist activities within India.
Bangladesh in 2024: Dictator Sheikh Hasina Flees
Background: In 2024, facing intense political pressure and civil unrest, Sheikh Hasina, the long-time leader of Bangladesh, flees the country. This sudden power vacuum leads to immediate chaos and instability.

Outcome: Bangladesh plunges into political turmoil, with various factions vying for power. The country faces widespread violence, economic disruption, and a humanitarian crisis, including a significant increase in refugee flows.
    Impact on India:
Refugee Crisis: India, sharing a long and porous border with Bangladesh, faces an influx of refugees fleeing the violence. This sudden population movement puts immense pressure on India's border states, particularly West Bengal, Assam, and Tripura, leading to strained resources and potential ethnic tensions.
Security Concerns: The instability in Bangladesh heightens security concerns for India, including the risk of cross-border terrorism and the spread of militant groups taking advantage of the chaos. India would likely increase its border security and surveillance to prevent infiltration by extremist elements.
Economic Impact: Economic ties between India and Bangladesh are disrupted, affecting trade and investment. Indian businesses with operations in Bangladesh face uncertainties, and the overall regional economic stability is threatened.
Diplomatic Challenges: India must navigate a complex diplomatic landscape, balancing support for a stable Bangladesh with non-interference in its internal affairs. India might also work with international partners to address the crisis and support efforts for a peaceful resolution.
Regional Dynamics: The instability in Bangladesh affects the broader South Asian region, influencing India's relations with other neighboring countries and regional organizations. India may need to take a more active role in regional diplomacy to ensure stability and peace.
In summary, the flight of Sheikh Hasina and subsequent instability in Bangladesh would have profound implications for India, ranging from humanitarian and security challenges to economic and diplomatic complexities. India would need to adopt a multifaceted approach to manage the immediate crisis and mitigate long-term impacts on regional stability.

the crux is - what does people of bangladesh want? my assumption is, they prefer BNP & Khalida Zia over Haseena, why? Reason - Islam, it's very plain & simple, you can keep beating around the bush (that you will have to do for UPSC, obviously), but Islam, Quran, Kaafir-hatred plays a very important role in all muslim-majority countries, be it paxtan, iran, lebanon, yemen, etc, etc.....the world powers can stop this cancer from spreading for a while, but a day always comes when it explodes, like Iran in 1979, bangladesh in 2024.

According to a Harvard University study, the Islamisation of a country cannot be stopped once the Muslim population reaches 16 percent of the total population. This is what Islam expert, Nikoletta Incze, said on 22 June'19 on Hungarian public television.
Incze points out that many countries that are Islamic today were originally Christian, for example Turkey, Egypt & Syria.
In other countries as well, Islam supplanted the previous religion: Pakistan was Hindu, Afghanistan was Buddhist, Iran was dominated by Zoroastrianism.
According to her, the Islamisation of a country is already inevitable, when the proportion of Muslims of the population is about 16 percent. It will take another 100 to 150 years before the Islamisation is complete.
Dr. Peter Hammond’s book, “Slavery, Terrorism and Islam,” says "Islam is not a religion, nor is it a cult. In its fullest form, it is a complete, total, 100% system of life,” “Islam has religious, legal, political, economic, social, and military components"
Open, free, democratic societies are particularly vulnerable. He says “When politically correct, tolerant, and culturally diverse societies agree to Muslim demands for their religious privileges, some of the other components tend to creep in as well".
This is how it works. When the Muslim population remains under 2% in a country, they'll be seen primarily as a peace-loving minority and not as a threat to other citizens. This is current situation in:
    USA 0.6%
    Australia 1.5%
    Canada 1.9%
    China 1.8%
    Italy 1.5%
    Norway 1.8%
As the Muslim population reaches 2% to 5%, they begin to recruit from ethnic minorities and disaffected groups, within prisons and street gangs. This is happening in:
    Denmark 2%
    Germany 3.7%
    United Kingdom 2.7%
    Spain 4%
    Thailand 4.6%
From 5% on, they exercise an inordinate influence in proportion to their % of population,” Dr. Hammond notes. “For example, they will push for the introduction of halal food” and increase pressure to feature such food on shop shelves.
along with threats for failure to comply.
    This is happening in:
    France - 8%
    Philippines - 5%
    Sweden - 5%
    Switzerland - 4.3%
    The Netherlands - 5.5%
    Trinidad & Tobago - 5.8%
Soon they begin to apply pressure to allow Sharia law within their own communities (sometimes ghettos). #ISupportCAA_NRC
When Muslims approach 10% of the population, they tend to increase lawlessness as a means of complaint about their conditions,” Dr. Hammond notes "In Paris, we are already seeing car-burnings. Any non-Muslim action offends Islam, and results in uprisings and threats...
....such as in Amsterdam, with opposition to Mohammed cartoons and films about Islam.” These tensions are seen on a regular basis in:
    Guyana - 10%
    India - 13.4%
    Israel - 16%
    Kenya - 10%
    Russia - 15%
The violence increases when the Muslim population reaches 20%. “After reaching 20%, nations can expect hair-trigger rioting, jihad militia formations, sporadic killings, and the burnings of Christian churches & Jewish synagogues,” such as in:
    Ethiopia - 32.8%
At 40%, nations experience widespread massacres, chronic terror attacks, and ongoing militia warfare,” such as in:
    Bosnia - Muslim 40%
    Chad - Muslim 53.1%
    Lebanon - Muslim 59.7%
From 60%, persecution of non-believing “infidels” rises significantly, including sporadic ethnic cleansing (genocide), use of Sharia law as a weapon, and Jizya, a tax placed on infidels, such as in:
    Albania - 70%
    Malaysia - 60.4%
    Qatar - 77.5%
    Sudan - 70%
After 80%, expect daily intimidation and violent jihad, some State-run ethnic cleansing, and even some genocide, as these nations drive out “infidels,” and move toward a 100% Muslim society, which has been experienced to some degree in: ...
    ..Bangladesh - Muslim 83%
    Egypt - Muslim 90%
    Gaza - Muslim 98.7%
    Indonesia - Muslim 86.1%
    Iran - Muslim 98%
    Iraq - Muslim 97%
    Jordan - Muslim 92%
    Morocco - 98.7%
    Pakistan - 97%
    Palestine - 99%
    Syria - 90%
    Tajikistan - 90%
    Turkey - 99.8%
    United Arab Emirates 96%

The refugee crisis, heightened security threats, economic disruption, and diplomatic complexities are all intertwined issues that India would need to handle with a strategic and agile approach.
As you mentioned, the border states of West Bengal, Assam, and Tripura would likely bear the brunt of the immediate refugee crisis. This could exacerbate existing ethnic and communal tensions within these states, creating potential flashpoints for violence.

Look even Saudi Arabia has become moderate because they know it wont take them anywhere. Look at whats happening in UK. The people are taught extremist ideas from the birth and we expect education will change them. No. We found cases of IIT student who became terrorist, so clearly its not related education. Its something else we need to look at. And for those who think our constitution is protecting people in India. No. Wake up to reality its just a book written by some people. India is safe till mow because of the majority Hindu population, whenever this gets changed you yourself can imagine what would happen.

Next is India. Mark my words. Economy, PCGDP, Taxation, Unemployment, Poverty, Lack of basic necessities: food, shelter, clothes in poor with majority in number, religious extremism, press freedom restriction, capture of administrative institutions will lead to Dictatorship in India. Everything will start with Broadcasting services regulation bill which is coming soon.
