Bengal said it himself he cannot find 1 difference between the run he got the 4.07 and the whole hour+ he spent where he couldn't get over a 4:29. My assumption is 4:29 is supposed to be the cap, like how 3:99 is the cap for the shuttle, but there's something happening making it so you can get a random freak time. But it's EA and Madden, they don't ever have any bugs, so who knows.
