I agree, but I think it’s because - my perception - she often doesn’t seem to fully inhabit what she’s wearing. I often have the impression that someone chose her outfit for her. It could use one more personal, unique finishing detail that she chooses: push up a sleeve, put a brooch someplace different from where she usually wears it, etc. The devil is in the details.
She usually nails the more casual outfits, because she can add a more personal flair to the look, and not risk bringing down the entire House of Windsor. 🫤
